Forum attendees gave their own feedback on speakers, the venue, content, food and more — and UpTapped feedback they agreed with.

Forrester’s event team deployed Tap at April’s Consumer Marketing Forum held at New York City’s Marriott Marquis. The event featured speakers and leading consumer marketers from Google, IBM, Uber, the NHL, Adobe, Charles Schwab, L’Oreal, Prudential, L.L. Bean, and NBC Sports.

Tap was embedded into the Forrester event app, so that attendees were able to provide live feedback at a moment’s notice.  Forrester sent several push notifications seeking feedback and strategic times during the event.
