Forrester’s event team deployed Tap at April’s Consumer Marketing Forum held at New York City’s Marriott Marquis. The event featured speakers and leading consumer marketers from Google, IBM, Uber, the NHL, Adobe, Charles Schwab, L’Oreal, Prudential, L.L. Bean, and NBC Sports.
Attendees were able to Tap in various form factors which made Tapping easy, and data gathering highly effective.
